SGM Cable Installation Instruction for the 18+ RAM with your EZ LYNK Auto Agent 3

How to install the Auto Agent  and the SGM Cable for the 18+ RAM.

Step 1

Connect the Auto Agent to the vehicle OBD-II port.

Step 2

Locate the Can-C Star Connector. It is typically found beneath the driver's side of the dash

Connect the EZ LYNK SGM Adapter to any open port in the Can-C Star Connector, as shown.

Step 3

Using the supplied cable ties, secure the Auto Agent under the dash.

Make sure to avoid mounting the device on any components that may move or rotate.

Step 4

Download and install the Auto Agent app.

Follow the on-screen instructions to monitor, diagnose, and update the vehicle with ease.
